 A trigger finger is a condition when your finger temporarily gets stuck in a bending position as if squeezing a trigger. It usually occurs when the space around the tendon becomes inflamed and, therefore, tighter around your tendon. The inflammation and nodules form on the tendon, making it difficult to move your finger.  For a  non-surgical treatment for trigger finger , here are some options that may work for your symptoms:    Rest:   If you are a victim of a trigger finger, you must avoid the activities requiring continuous gripping and grasping or the extended use of vibrating hand-held machinery.
